Sublocade® is a once per month subcutaneous injection, administered by a licensed healthcare provider used to treat opioid use disorder. Sublocade® should be used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes psychotherapy.
Sublocade® utilizes buprenorphine, a schedule III controlled substance, which has the potential for abuse. It is meant to be administered only by a healthcare provider for the purpose of treating opioid use disorder.
Sublocade® is a partial mu receptor antagonist and stops cravings for opiates.
Sublocade® is currently FDA approved for Opioid Use Disorder.

We are currently accepting new patients for in-person appointments at our Canton location. Telehealth consultations are available throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire when appropriate. Our sessions are by appointment only, and we do not have walk-in or crisis management options available.
